  A girl with elephantiasis in
Debre Berhan,
Ethiopia received a medical treatment with the help of Covenant International Ministries and now re is recovering very well as shown in this picture. Dr. Phil Nordic's church in
Calgary, Alberta,
Canada donated the funds to cover the medical costs. We appreciate our partners for this wonderful gift that has changed the life of this girl. With out this treatment we cannot imagine what her life would be like.
  A leadership development seminar was given to the participants of the DCI program in
Addis Abeba,
Ethiopia. About forty five people attended the seminar, and coordinator Nathan Demese informed us that all of the participants were very excited and thankful for the seminar and the course material they received.
 
Covenant International is planning to build a school in
Dire Dawa,
Ethiopia by partnering with the existing government school, in our project area. As shown in this picture, the current school uses a tent and a shaded area outside as their class rooms for the students.
